Scout Group

Welcome to 21st Maidenhead (1st Cox Green) Scout Group

Our Scout Group started in the early 1950’s. Our home was St. Georges Hall in Larchfield Road and we were registered as the 21st Maidenhead Scout Group.

During 1967 we moved to our present location, into a used RAF hut which the group purchased and erected. The existing hall was built in 1997. Nowadays, most people know us as ‘Cox Green Scout Group’.

From those early beginnings, the Group has expanded to include a Squirrel Drey, Beaver Colony, 2 Cub Packs, a Scout Troop and an Explorer unit.

For more information about each of our sections, please click on the Groups section at the top of the page.

If you are interested in hiring our hall and facilities, please use the Hall Hire tab above.
